Calling all Southern Housing Group customers - have your say
Did you know that Alok Sharma MP, the minister of state for housing and planning, has been touring the country on a fact finding mission to hear about the experiences (good and bad) of tenants of housing associations.
Two members of Southern Housing Group’s Customer Voice Forum, Paul Reed and Steph Richards attended a meeting in Kent with Mr Sharma on 14 December, together with tenants and staff of other housing associations. All tenants were encouraged to contribute to the fact finding session and share their experiences.
On top of these meetings, Mr Sharma is keen to hear from as many tenants as possible and to make sure everyone has an opportunity to have their views heard he has set up an online questionnaire which can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/tenants2017.
The questionnaire will be open until Wednesday 31January 2018.
The views gathered will be used to inform the work on the Green Paper on social housing in England, which the government is aiming to publish in Spring next year.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to tell the government what you think – complete the survey before 31 January 2018.
