2017/18 was a busy year for the Group’s social value programme. Here are some of the ways we’ve helped our customers through the companies who work for us.
When companies work for us, we ask them to provide extra benefits to our customers as part of their contract, which we call social value. All our contractors must agree to meet a minimum standard of social value. This may include employment and training opportunities for customers, supporting customers with their health and wellbeing, or enhancing the communities in which our customers live.
