We have quick guides available about a range of our policies with information for residents about their home and tenancy.
Recently 49 residents recently took part in a survey to find out if the guides:
provide enough information,
are easy to understand, and
what could be done to improve them.
88% of residents we spoke to said they thought the guides were clear, jargon free and useful.
57% of residents said they were not aware the guides existed before the consultation.
As a result, we have increased our promotion of where the quick guides are on our website through our Open Door newsletter to residents. Staff have also been asked to promote the guides to residents as these can often answer a residents’ query without the need to call our Service Centre.
