Our new approach gives resident service panel members a real opportunity to explore key areas of our service.
It includes local visits so members can check out what’s happening on the ground. This will enable members to ask more challenging questions as part of their scrutiny role.
Our London Panel chose to look at our major works to homes and external redecorations service. Panel members visited two schemes, Dawson Heights and Lisgar Terrace, to view examples of our work and to speak to key staff members.
Our Thames Gateway Panel organised a special question and answer session with caseworkers about how we deal with anti-social behaviour.
We are currently looking for residents who are interested in the work of our panels.
