Southern Housing Group continues to grow in West London
Southern Housing Group has purchased a substantial block of properties in Chelsea as a result of a stock transfer from Orbit Group.
Nevill Court, located in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is a single block comprising of a combination of 33 leasehold and 19 general social rented flats. The purchase forms part of Southern Housing Group’s ongoing growth and consolidation strategy.
The Group has worked closely with Orbit Group to ensure the transfer is a smooth process for residents.
Duncan Howard, Southern Housing Group’s Regional Director for London, said that purchase is a great opportunity for the Group and further demonstrates its commitment to the area and its residents.
“With London’s housing costs set to increase further, we’re thrilled to have been able to purchase these properties from another housing provider. “Nevill Court is situated in a highly desirable area of London and is in a close proximity to transport links, shops and the Chelsea Hospital, so this is a great investment for us.
