The Group’s Care and Supporting Independence (CASI) Team have been shortlisted for two major awards.
The Group’s CASI Team on the Isle of Wight helps make lives better for more than 1,000 people living on the Island. This includes those with mental health problems, young people, teenage parents, frail elderly, homeless families, and people with learning and physical disabilities.
In recognition of the measurable and life-changing difference the team makes to people, they have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards: The Skills for Care Accolades Awards, and the Tpas Awards.
The Accolades Awards celebrates adult social care employers committed to delivering high quality care, and the CASI Team has been shortlisted in the ‘Best employer support for your registered manager(s)’ category. This award recognises commitment to delivering excellent support to registered managers, who play a vital role in delivering quality, frontline support to those in need. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 1 March in Fulham, London.
Tpas are a leading social housing tenant engagement organisation and the annual Tpas Awards showcase the compelling and inspirational success stories of tenants, landlords and contractors working together for the benefit of tenants across England. The CASI Team has been shortlisted in the south region for the ‘excellence in engagement in supported housing’ category.
The winners of the south region will be announced in a ceremony on 9 February in Wembley, London, with winners in each region going on to compete in the national final later in the year.
