If you decide to rent privately with us, here is what you can expect:
We offer high quality homes
Our properties are modern and beautiful and we will make sure that they are sparkling clean when you move in.
Most of our properties come fitted with an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
We are upfront about our fees
As a new applicant, you will pay £200 + VAT and any further applicant will pay £50 + VAT to cover the credit and reference checks, check-in inspection and administering your tenancy.
This fee is non-refundable, even if you do not pass the credit and reference checks .
If you want to stay in your home at the end of your tenancy, we will not charge you to sign another agreement, unless you would like to add a person to the tenancy or we need to add a guarantor.
We offer tenancies to suit your needs
We know renting can feel temporary and while this works for some people, some want more security.
You can choose from a one, two or three year tenancy agreement and relax knowing you can stay as long as you want.
If you need to leave earlier than you thought, that’s ok – we do not believe in charging you fees because you want to move.
Your deposit is protected
Your deposit, equivalent to six weeks' rent, is protected in the Deposit Protection Service, a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme.
We are clear about future rent increases
If you opt for a two or three year tenancy, we reward your commitment by promising not to increase your rent by more than 2.5% each year. You can rest easy knowing your rent won’t be hiked up even in a fast-growing market.
At the end of your fixed term tenancy, we will set a new market rent based on what other comparable flats are being rented for in your local area.
We have over 100 years of property management experience
We own and manage all of our homes which means we care about looking after them as much as you do. If you need a repair, contact us and we will sort it as quickly as possible.
Our advisors are here to help from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and we have an out of hours service available for emergency repairs.
