We want to improve our services and we need your help. Our Customer Voice Forums give us a better understanding of what customers need and put your perspective at the heart of our service improvement, delivery and modernisation.
How does it work?
The Customer Voice Forum lets you decide the level of involvement you want. As a member you’ll help scrutinise our services, making sure we do what we say we will, and that we do it fairly and in accordance with customers’ needs.
You’ll also be key to helping us improve services, looking at whether we need to do anything new, or whether we need to stop doing something that’s not working.
