Priority Services Register
If you're an elderly, disabled or vulnerable customer you can register for your energy supplier's Priority Services Register. This gives you access to a range of free services to help you manage your energy account, including meter reading and accessibility services, large print and braille bills, a priority energy supplier contact number and priority support in the event of a power cut.
Tackling energy and water debt
If you've accumulated a debt with your energy or water supplier due to matters out of your control or during a period of financial hardship or illness, you may be able to apply for financial assistance. For more information or help with the application, contact your supplier or HEAT.
